- What is the purpose of this website?
The site is an internal resource providing product information, technical specifications, manufacturer details, and purchasing guidance for R&M Electrical Group employees. - Who can access this website?
Only employees and affiliates of R&M Electrical Group with authorised login credentials. - How do I request access to the website?
Access is granted by invitation. Please contact [email protected] if you require access.
2. Using the Website

- How do I search for a product?
Use the search bar at the top of the page. You can search by product name, part number, category, or manufacturer. - Search terms need to be at least 3 digits or more.
- What should I do if I can’t find a product?
Check alternative names or part numbers. If still unavailable, you can use the “Ask Budge” online chat function at the bottom right of the page or contact [email protected] for assistance. - Can I download product datasheets?
Yes, datasheets are available for most products. Click on the product “More Information” and then the “Technical Data” tab to view and download relevant documents.
3. Purchasing Information
- Can I place orders through this website?
No, this site is for information purposes only. For placing orders, follow the standard company procurement process. - Where do I find approved suppliers for a product?
Supplier details are listed on each product page. Or in the separate “Manufacturers” menu item at the top of the site. - If you click on the supplier logo it will take you to all of the products on the site for that manufacturer. There is also a link “visit their website here” which will take you directly to the manufacturer website.

4. How do I find out more Information?
- Ask Budge
If you are unable to find out the information you require on the product pages then please, in the first instance, type your enquiry into the “Ask Budge” online chat function.
Ask Budge has a lot of pre-loaded information/queries to help you navigate the products and will continue to grow as The Hub is used.
If the answer is not already in our system, Ask Budge will either link to an on-line chat with Paul Burgess or will send him an email with your enquiry if he is not available at that time, and he will respond directly to you.
- Non-Stock Enquiry
At the top left of the site there is a “Non-Stock Enquiry” tab.
Here you can also submit an enquiry that will go to both Paul Burgess & Kevin Daglish. Where you can also add attachments.
They will reply to your enquiry directly.

- Who do I contact for technical queries about a product?
Each product page lists manufacturer details and technical information, product data sheets. You can use the “Ask Budge” online chat function at the bottom right of the page or contact [email protected] for assistance. - Is the information on this website guaranteed to be up to date?
We strive to keep information current but always verify with manufacturers or Paul Burgess/Kevin Daglish if in doubt.

- Can I share my login details with a colleague?
No, login credentials are personal and must not be shared. Unauthorized access breaches company policy. - Am I allowed to copy content from this website?
Content may only be used internally for work-related purposes. Copying or sharing externally without permission is prohibited.
